I forgot my password?
If you have forgotten your username and password you may retrieve your password by visiting our Forgot Password page. You will be required to provide the username and the postal code that you provided during the registration process. This will trigger an email with your current password. Is my credit card number safe?
Cibcgoldtravel.com uses the Secure Sockets Layer and Private Communication Technology security standards that are supported by Miscrosoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or later and other popular browsers. SSL encodes your personal information (such as your password, address and phone number, or your credit card number) so that it is available only to you and the CIBC VISA Travel Service counselor who will help make sure your travel planning goes smoothly. This encryption makes doing business over the Internet as secure as making a purchase by telephone.

How do I update my email address or any other profile information?
Click 'My Account' to access your account information and update any part of your profile, including your email address.

Can I change or cancel my itinerary?
If you need to cancel or change your travel plans, regardless of whether you made them online or offline, please contact one of the experienced travel counselors at the CIBC VISA Travel Service at 1-800-306-2433. If your request is urgent, please call the same number, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to receive emergency assistance.

Why do I need to register with the site?
This website is only available, in its entirety to CIBC Gold VISA cardholders. The registration process allows us to verify that you are a CIBC Gold VISA cardholder. By registering one time, you will not have to re-enter your information to complete transactions or to view your points balance online.

Where can I learn more about the CIBC VISA Travel Service?

What are the Terms & Conditions that come up in the online booking process?
During the online booking process, you will be asked to agree that you have read, understand and accept all of the terms and conditions associated with your online booking. When you select "Yes" it indicates that you agree to these conditions. If you do not accept, you will not be able to continue with your on-line booking. These Terms and Conditions are standard throughout the Canadian travel industry and must be agreed to before your booking is made regardless of how you make your booking. If you would like to review the policies, you may do so by clicking on the hyper linked words "Rules and Restrictions". You will then be linked to the terms and conditions that are applicable from the appropriate airline, tour operator, or airline consolidator. If you need a detailed explanation of the terms and conditions that apply to your booking, please call the CIBC VISA Travel Service and a counselor will be pleased to assist you. All of the packaged vacation products and chartered "Air Only" flights featured on cibcgoldtravel.com are supplied to us by Canada's leading and most reputable licensed tour operators based in the province of Ontario.

When I make an online booking, how will I receive my travel documents?
On the final step of the online booking process, you will be asked to choose how you would like to receive your documents from the following options:

1.Pick up – This option allows you to pick up your documents at CIBC VISA Travel Service's office, at the address below:

2.Canada Post – Your documents are sent via Priority Post and will take between 1-3 days, depending on your location. There is no charge for this option.

3.Courier – If you would like your documents sent by overnight courier service, a $20 service fee will apply. The fee will be charged to your CIBC Gold VISA card at the time of the booking.
